I got stronger today
It was 50, but windy, and misty. I debated not going. I ran in the wind, and the chill, and the misty rain. I went half a mile further than I said I would. I got mentally stronger this afternoon =)
So, today is a fog delay at work. And then the day was cancelled all together…. I am not complaining. Perplexed maybe? But, not complaining. To accomplish today: Eat frosted mini-wheats Drink Coffee (lots of coffee) Run outside (as it is 50 degrees currently) Watch another episode of Walking Dead Clean Apartment Finish Laundry Pay Credit Card Write Letter to Tina Write Letter...
The miles fought me......
So the goal today was to do 4.5 miles….. Reasonable goal…. Drank too much coffee, maybe?, before I left Gym was PACKED on a Sunday afternoon (really??????) If you are walking at a 25 minute/mile pace while holding a full conversation AND texting, get off the treadmills with the working fans and move to the beat up ones….you don’t need the fan…..trust me….. ...
