March Madness Goals
No Excuses Challenge
Goals for March:
Cut out mindless snacking
Record all my eating
Eat clean as often as possible
Drink 8 cups of water everyday
Sleep 7-8 hours a night
Workout 6 days a week
Weigh under 145lbs by the 30th (not a huge deal, but we can make it happen!)
(Main thing- I love goals and challenges and motivation…..BRING IT!)

Back At It.....
After the tragic loss of my I-Pod (to the snowbanks, or parking lot, or someone’s needy hands…I’m not quite sure), I bit the bullet, purchased a new nano, and finally today hit the ground running again.
I never thought I would get to the point where I would miss running, and getting back to it would be a blessing. It has never felt so good.
